• Due to Precautions and Contraindications, the client is required to fill the "client's consultation form" which will be provided by our friendly receptionist. We take your health very seriously and therefore expect our clients to provide current state of health and pre-existing information necessary (especially Pregnancy, Acute Inflammation & Skin Conditions) or any information that could impact a safe service that we provide.

 

• We may use your personal information within Bodhi Thai Massage and Day Spa so we can provide you with the best customer experience, products and services either in-store or via newsletter.

 

• We do not disclose any personal information to any third party (excluding our contractors to whom we may provide such information for the  limited purpose of providing services to us and who are obligated to keep the information confidential.)

 

• We request clients wear appropriate clothing for Traditional Thai Massage and "underwear must be worn at all times".

 

• All massages at Bodhi Thai Massage are strictly therapeutic only, therefore any form of sexual harassment or inappropriate behaviour will NOT be tolerated under any circumstance, doing so will result in immediate termination of the massage session and further action will be taken.
